AAAs provides doctorate degree designed to help students, perform and research to transform mature Learners into Leaders. The Ph.D. degrees are open to students who wish to pursue a career in academic research and teaching, as well as in the private and public sectors. Doctoral students take advanced courses in their areas of specialization, followed by a period of research and the preparation and defense of the doctoral thesis.
